Katie worked for Wellspring Academy Trust as an assistant principal for two years before moving to this new role. She has over 20 years of teaching experience mainly in the primary sector and HE.
With 5 years ITT experience, she is the strategic lead for our school direct and teacher training programmes, working closely with our 3 University partners. She is responsible for our wide range of CPD programmes, ensuring they cater for the needs of all our school staff. She has a Master’s in Education and is a teaching fellow of the HEA. She has a particular interest in mentor and coaching of Early Career Teachers.
Amy has worked for the Teaching School since 2013. Amy is the NQT Statutory Induction Lead, and offers support and guidance to NQT Mentors/ Tutors, and Headteachers and reports to the DfE. She also oversees and coordinates the recruitment process to designate Specialist Leaders of Education across the region. As part of her role as Operations Manager, she facilitates CPD courses and events, as well as taking a lead in advertising & marketing across the different strands of the Teaching School. Amy is currently working towards a Level 5 Leadership & Management Diploma qualification.

Holly has worked for Positive Regard Teaching School Alliance since 2015, and is the main point of contact for Continuous Professional Development bookings. Holly is involved with the School Direct application and recruitment process and works closely with Sheffield Hallam University. She has recently completed her Level 3 Business Administration qualification through the Apprenticeship route. Holly provides administration support to the Teaching School Director and Operations Manager across all strands.
